The Ayurvedic Wellness Center is the home for teaching the teachings and practice of Ayurveda and Yoga in Southwest Michigan, facilitating radical wellness through time-honored Vedic technologies. They are located near downtown Kalamazoo, in a sanctuary surrounded by the healing qualities of nature.

This is also the space where, as my time at AWC as Apothecary Manager, I launched my bird hikes through the lens of holistic wellness. I want to thank Kara Aubin and the amazing team at the AWC for making my dream a reality. I simply would not be where I am now without them.

I continue to lead monthly hikes at Kleinstuck Preserve, as well as host educational classes, at the AWC. I do not list those hikes on this website. For more information on those classes, and to register, please visit the link below.
